- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup or agave)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Method:
- Mash the banana and add in the peanut butter before melting together in the microwave.
- Measure out the oats, honey and almond milk
- Combine all ingredients
- Add in the cranberries
- Use your hands to form the mixture into cookie shapes
- Place on grease proof paper and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours
